My One True Love

I am in love!!!

This love is making me giddy especially in this warm summer’s day.

The only way I can describe how I am feeling, is that:

• I am on a constant high especially when I think of them

• I cant get them out of my head when I don’t see them

• But when I do see them, I have butterflies in my stomach

• I cant sleep but when I do, I dream about them

• I cant eat properly and worry if they are safe

• I am constantly smiling 

• I am planning my future 

• I am open for trying new things – fun things

My Love is rational!

My new love is a one-time expense initially, with annual check-ups. It is cheaper than my husband who requires constant attention and feeding. It does not talk back and warrants some after care and but tends to go with the flow of the day!

What might this new love be?

It is my new S60 drill from Berchtold. It is an amazing piece of equipment and helps me daily with all my patients. I love the sweet buzzing sound it makes every time (humming away softly), it drills away the thick nails. And prior to Covid, I could use the water spray function which meant that it softens the nail as it drills, making it easier to clean the debris under the skin. The nails never overheated.

I fell in love with this drill when I started working in another practice and decided that if I ever own my own practice, this would be my first big gift to the clinic and myself. The drill and I fit like a key and lock. We are made for each other.
